Sit on an exercise ball at the gym, and bounce rhythmically up and down—almost as though you were posting while riding a horse. Do three 30-second sets.

Lie on your back, arms by your sides, knees bent. Place a small exercise ball or rolled-up towel between your knees. Squeeze the ball and your glutes as you lift your hips up to the ceiling into bridge position. Hold for six seconds, then slowly lower. Repeat 10 times.

Get into bridge position, and lift your feet up and down, alternating left and right, like you’re marching. Complete two sets of six.

Stand with your legs hip width and place a deck of playing cards on the floor in front of you. Keeping your back upright and your knees over your toes, squat down and pick up the top card. Slowly return to standing position, maintaining a straight back. Repeat 10 times, picking up a new card with each squat.
